Consultants identify woes with high school fields

Wayland Town Crier 12/8/16: Consultants identify woes with high school fields. Consultants evaluating Wayland High School’s outdoor athletic complex say they have identified numerous shortcomings but are also looking at how the town can make improvements. “A lot of the facilities at the high school are (falling short) and that’s for a variety of reasons,” said Gene Bolinger, of Weston & Sampson, which is working on a study of the complex. Recreation Director Jessica Brodie said recreation and school officials hope the $22,000 study will provide a comprehensive, strategic plan.
