Wawyland Town Crier 7/14/14: Permit issued for construction to start on Framingham project. The town has issued a building permit allowing construction to start on the first building of the long-awaited Planned Unit Development. Building Commissioner Michael Tusino said he has signed off on a clubhouse AvalonBay Communities Inc. will build near its 180 apartments off Old Connecticut Path. Developer Roy MacDowell Jr. plans to also build 173 homes to sell as part of the project, called Danforth Green.
