The Wayland Board of Selectmen this week gave its support to the Economic Development Committee’s (EDC) plans to develop the Rivers Edge site. EDC members outlined their proposal to transform the site into a 216-unit apartment project that will blend 55-and-over housing with non-age restricted housing, as well as include a mixture of affordable and market rate units.
