Help preserve Wayland’s history! Stop by the Wayland Depot at 1 Cochituate Road on the weekend of May 4 (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.) and May 5 (1 p.m. – 4 p.m.) to help remove brush, vines, and undergrowth from along the preserved railroad tracks by the Rail Trail. We will clear brush from the historic foundations of the turntable, engine-house and water tank, too. Wear work clothes and shoes, and please bring gloves, pruning tools, and shovels.
