Town Manager Search Survey and Forum

The community survey is now available on the Town Manager search webpage.

The Town of Wayland will soon begin the search process for selecting the next Town Manager. As part of this process, Wayland will be hosting a community forum to give residents the opportunity to provide input that will be used to develop a recruitment profile for the Town.

Wayland has contracted with GovHR USA to assist in the search process. Further updates will be made on this page as more information becomes available.

Community Forum will be held on Wednesday, September 7, at 7pm.  The meeting will be held on zoom, link to be provided.

Community Survey:  In addition to the forum, a community survey is available to gather input and feedback regarding the key qualities, strengths and characteristics desired in a Town Manager. Please click the link below to complete the survey:
