Town of Framingham Source 4/22/22: Framingham Mayor Appoints Sarkisian To Lead Division of Planning & Community Development. Mayor Charlie Sisitsky is appointing Natick resident Sarkis M. Sarkisian as the city’s new Director of Planning & Community Development (PCD). Mr. Sarkisian will be coming to the City of Framingham after serving for 13 years as Town Planner for the Town of Wayland and 17 years as Community Development Director for the Town of Natick.
