COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic (Initial Vaccines and Boosters), December 4 at Wayland High School

A message from Dr. Easy, Superintendent of Wayland Schools:

The medical community has emphasized that vaccines are currently the best defense against COVID-19 and its multiple variants.. With that being said, I am pleased to announce that I have secured a DESE sponsored mobile vaccination clinic by Last Mile Health that will be held at Wayland High School on Saturday, December 4th, from 3:00-7:00 p.m.  This clinic will be open to students, staff and community members.

Last Mile Health will be administering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine and booster. Please plan on staying 15 minutes after being vaccinated for observation. Last Mile will not be returning to administer a second dose of the vaccine.  Anyone receiving their first dose will be required to schedule the second dose on their own.

To participate in the booster/vaccination clinic please complete the Online Registration Form.

Please complete and print the attached consent form and bring it to your appointment.
