Wayland Town Crier 9/30/18: Petition targets Wayland Rod and Gun Club. Wayland residents Tom Gulley and Duane Galbi have co-sponsored a petition that would put tighter restrictions on the firing of guns in town. But Stephen Garanin, president of the 90-year-old Wayland Road and Gun Club, says the petition is a ploy to shut the club down.
