Wayland Town Crier 7/6/16: Judge slams Wayland officials for skirting Open Meeting Law. A Middlesex Superior Court judge last week criticized selectmen for how they handled the evaluation of former Town Administrator Fred Turkington in 2012, saying that had been only one of many violations of the Open Meeting Law by town officials in recent years.
