Wayland Town Crier 3/18/16: Renewed request to lower speed limit on Stonebridge Road. After the state denied a request from the Board of Selectmen last year to lower the speed limit on a section of Stonebridge Road from 35 to 30 miles per hour, the board last week asked Town Administrator Nan Balmer and Police Chief Robert Irving to finalize the wording on a renewed request citing additional information not available when the decision was initially made.
