Carol Parrinello, assistant branch manager of The Village Bank in Wayland, has been honored as the recipient of the Bank’s 2015 President’s Award.

The prestigious award is presented each year by President and CEO Joseph De Vito to an individual whose service exemplifies the Bank’s vision of outstanding customer care, teamwork and loyalty. The honor is based on a number of specific criteria, including professionalism, attitude, commitment, and interpersonal skills.

“Over the years, Carol has built a tremendous rapport with her customers for the service, guidance, and expertise that she provides and, more importantly, for the way she provides it,” said De Vito in presenting the award at the Bank’s recent holiday dinner.

“Quite simply, Carol loves her customers and it shows in everything she does. She is an inspiration to us all,” he added.

A Douglas resident, Parrinello has been with The Village Bank in Wayland for more than a decade.
