Wayland Town Crier 2/6/15: Property in Wayland changes hands again. The site of the former Kathryn Barton Nursing Home at 373 Commonwealth Road has recently changed hands again, this time to developer Bodwell Pines of Natick. Bodwell Pines is expected to build a Chapter 40B rental project to include 52 units (13 of them affordable) in accordance with a comprehensive permit issued by the Zoning Board of Appeals in 2009. Town Planner Sarkis Sarkisian confirmed the date of sale to Bodwell Pines was Dec. 12, 2014, and that the purchase price was $2.9 million.
