With increasingly free language, Minuteman School Committee chairman Jeffrey Stulin led an effort to censure fellow committee member David Manjarrez at a meeting Tuesday. Manjarrez, representing Sudbury, wrote an email on Sept. 10 revealing medical information about a Minuteman High School student, violating that student’s privacy, Stulin said. He added the incident was among the latest in a long series of unacceptable behavior.
