Wayland Town Crier 7/24/14: Wayland FinCom looks at long-term planning. The Finance Committee asked for the public’s assistance last week in creating long-term planning goals for fiscal 2016 to 2020.
“In 2009, the Finance Committee set out specific objectives for FY2011-15,” the FinCom wrote in a memo. “Now that we are about to begin FY2015, it is time once again to refresh our long-range planning goals.” Last week’s meeting was the first of four forums this fall and winter on this initiative. The next one, scheduled for Sept. 17, will finalize the issues to be studied.
