In her final report to the Recreation Commission, Recreation Director Nancy McShea warned the board not to lose sight of their responsibilities. “I think there needs to be less of the word ‘communication’ and more of the word ‘accountability,'” McShea said. “I won’t say how (people) need to be accountable, because that’s not my job.”
