Selectmen Monday ratified the town administrator’s appointment of Wayland DPW Director Donald Ouellette as Natick’s new Department of Public Works director. Ouellette, who starts May 1, comes to Natick after serving as Wayland DPW director since 2009. He has three decades of experience in DPW management and is an engineer, Town Administrator Martha White said. White said the town “had a number of well-qualified candidates,” but Ouellette stood out.
