Roemer, Don, 74, of Franklin, MA, died on Oct. 1, 2013. Husband of Marjorie Godlin Roemer. Survived by his children, David Roemer and his wife Celeste Faria Roemer, and Lizabeth Roemer and her husband Josh Bartok, as well as two grandchildren, Joshua and Sophia Roemer. A beloved teacher, Don will be remembered by generations of students from Northeastern University, Wayland High School, and Franklin High School. A memorial service will be held at Schlossberg & Solomon Memorial Chapel, 824 Washington Street, Canton, MA, on Oct. 6 at 10 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to MoveOn.org or to Smile Train.
