UPDATE:  The Selectmen’s Meeting scheduled for Monday, September 30 has been moved to Wednesday, October 2 to avoid conflict with the Elementary School Building Use Taskforce Forum.

Wayland Patch 9/30/13: Wayland Selectmen to Revisit TA Termination Monday. The Wayland Board of Selectmen will vote on Monday whether to confirm and ratify the previous Aug. 26 termination of former town administrator Fred Turkington. The move is meant to address two Open Meeting Law complaints filed by Wayland resident Kim Reichelt. The board has denied it violated the law. The Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office is reviewing the complaints to determine whether selectmen broke the law.
