Metrowest Daily News 9/30/13: Belmont driver will not be cited in Wayland accident with cyclist. he driver of the Honda who struck a cyclist at the intersection of routes 27 and 20 on Saturday afternoon will not be cited, according to Wayland Police Lt. Patrick Swanick. While the accident remains under investigation, Swanick said two witnesses reported the cyclist, Matthew Coarr, 36, of Auburndale, rode his bike through a red light.
