About Ultimate
Ultimate is a non-contact, fast–paced team sport where players continuously move a flying disc downfield across the opposing team’s goal line. This co-ed game is played in 42 countries by players of all ages. In Massachusetts, we have 70 high school teams which compete every Spring, as well as many adult rec and travel leagues.
