Wayland Patch 8/16/13: Wayland Fire Responds to 2nd Fall from Tree in 48 Hours. For the second time in about 48 hours, the Wayland Fire Department responded to calls of a man injured falling out of a tree. On Friday at 1:53 p.m., Wayland received calls that a professional tree trimmer had tumbled from a tree while working at a home on Adelaide Avenue. Lt. Ken McGuire said emergency responders found the man conscious and suffering from what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries.
