A prosecutor said Monday that a man was lured to Ridgewood Road in Wayland last Wednesday where two men tried to steal his pickup truck. One of those men, Elias Breit, 21, was arraigned in Framingham District Court after Wayland Police arrested him Sunday at a Boston Post Road home, prosecutor Melissa Baima said.
