Wayland Town Crier 9/5/12: Wayland selectmen reach agreement with Board of Public Works. The Board of Selectmen unanimously approved a Memorandum of Understanding with the Board of Public Works.
Earlier this summer, conflict arose between the Board of Public Works against Town Administrator Fred Turkington and Department of Public Works Director Don Ouellette concerning the powers and authorities under their respective jurisdictions.
