· Discussion of a citizens’ proposal to revoke or amend the CPA in Wayland
· Review of warrant articles submitted for Town Meeting and presentation at the Meeting.
· An update on negotiations with Deven Hamlen regarding a conservation restriction on Mainstone Farm.
· An update on the Lee Farm property located along Rte 20
· Discussions, proposals, and other communications relating to the principal CPA objectives: open space, affordable or community housing, and historic preservation.
· Such other business as may lawfully come before the committee.
