Wayland Patch 11/5/11: Wayland Police: Missing Girl Caught a Bus to New York City. Wayland Police detectives have obtained surveillance footage of a missing teenage girl boarding a Peter Pan bus in Boston bound for New York City.

Alexandra “Allie” Loftis was reported missing Friday night around 11 p.m., according to Wayland Police Det. Jamie Berger. Her mom discovered her daughter missing after returning home from work and immediately contacted police. Police do not suspect foul play, but believe Loftis ran away as she has done once in the past.
