Wayland Town Crier 9/6/11: Six Democratic Senate candidates to appear at forum in Weston. An exciting primary race for U.S. Senate has developed in the Massachusetts Democratic Party. Six candidates have entered the field and are vying for support in the run-up to the 2012 Democratic primary and earning the nomination to run in the general election. All six declaired candidates will appear at a forum on Saturday, September 10, 3-5pm at the home of Nazda Alam, 5 Warren Place, Weston. They include Tom Conroy, Marisa DeFranco, Alan Khazei, Bob Massie, Herb Robinson and Setti Warren. The event will be hosted by Jeff Santos of Revolution Talk Radio. The candidates will discuss their candidacies and take questions. This is an open and free event organized by a host committee whose members serve in various capacities within the Massachusetts Democratic Party. Refreshments will be served after the program.
