On Saturday, May 14th from 11:00-2:00 Whole Foods Market in Wayland will celebrate Women’s Health month with FREE make-up consultations from Gabrielle Cosmetics, FREE 10 minute Zen Shiatsu chair massages from Life Flow, FREE skin-care consultations from Mila Skin Care, and an Q/A with Kathryn Loomis of Loomis Acupuncture.   Click here for event flyer.

This event will feature a talk from Rachel Volk, Holistic Health Coach and founder of MetroWest Health.  Rachel is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York and is accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She received her training to practice Health Counseling at IIN through Columbia University's Teachers College. Her combined knowledge of diet and nutrition, holistic methods, food politics, Chinese philosophy, and Ayurveda provides her clients with a well-rounded guide to wellness.

Volk will be giving a free “Sugar Blues” talk, which will be followed by a nutrient dense lunch prepared by a Whole Foods Market Healthy Eating Specialist.
