Wayland Patch 4/5/11: Incumbents All But Carry the Elections in Wayland. The blustery and unpredictable weather didn't stop Wayland residents from showing up to cast their votes in Tuesday’s town election. And most of those voters put their support behind the incumbents. Two of the three seats open on the School Committee went to incumbent candidates and both open seats on the Board of Selectmen went to candidates seeking re-election.
