Additional information has been posted on the Town website pertaining to the 2011 Annual Town Meeting which begins on Thursday, April 7, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. at the Wayland Middle School gymnasium. In response to citizen suggestions, we have posted the proposed motions for all articles (except petitioner’s who are not required to submit motions advance of town meeting and chose not to submit for posting). We have also posted material which will be available as handouts at town meeting including the errata sheet, a map showing the septage facility parcel, and a report from the temporary advisory Operational Review Committee. The second session will be held on Sunday, April 10, 2011 beginning at 1:00 p.m. We hope to complete the business of town meeting by 6:00 p.m.
Citizens are encouraged to car pool with friends and neighbors. Shuttle bus service will be offered from St. Ann’s Church on Cochituate Road on Thursday evening beginning at 6:45 p.m. and from Wayland High School on Sunday afternoon beginning at 12:15 p.m.
