Metrowest Daily News 12/28/10: Wayland resident named undersecretary for energy. Philip Giudice of Wayland has been appointed undersecretary for energy in the state’s Department of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA).

Filling a vacancy left by former Energy Undersecretary Ann Berwick when she was appointed to chair the Department of Public Utilities (DPU) last spring, Giudice has served as commissioner of the Department of Energy Resources (DOER) since June 2007.
