On May 31st the spectacular annual Pancake Breakfast will happen at St. Zepherin's before the traditional Memorial Day Parade. There will be the best breakfast served by Troop 1 Cochituate Boy Scouts. Come one, come all and enjoy pancakes and sausages galore – all you can eat and no dishes to wash afterwards! Everyone welcome for a pancake breakfast buffet for the low price of $5 per person or $20 per family.  All uniformed military, fire and police personnel eat free as their guests. All proceeds go to Troop 1 Cochituate. Bring your friends, bring your family and bring your appetite! Tickets available at the door. Breakfast served from 7:30 to 10:00 am at St. Zepherin's, 99 Main Street, Wayland – right on the parade route!
