Thursday, May 20, SOAR 55 Workshop: Expanding Your Skills & Gaining Experience, Natick Service Council, 7-8:30pm

SOAR 55, Service Opportunities after Reaching 55, a program of Newton Community Service Center, and the Natick Service Council will co-sponsor a Workshop on Thursday, May 20 from 7-8:30 pm at the Natick Service Council located at 2 Webster Street.  Learn about SOAR 55’s initiative, a generous grant from Tufts Health Plan Foundation connecting unemployed and underemployed adults 55 and over with community service opportunities and nonprofits in need.  Learn how skills-based volunteering can connect you with others, enrich your career exploration and job search, and enhance your personal sense of well-being.
