I am pleased to announce the publication of the second edition of the Moderator’s Handbook for Wayland Town Meeting, which is currently available at the office of the Selectmen in the Wayland Town Building.  Copies will also be available at the Special Town Meeting on Wednesday, November 18, 2009.

My handbook contains a brief description of the structure of Wayland town government as well as a “user-friendly” summary of the rules governing Wayland Town Meetings.  It should be helpful to new residents as well as veterans of Town Meeting. C. Peter R. Gossels, Moderator
