A reminder that the Board of Selectmen will not meet next week due to the Memorial Day observance.  Our next scheduled meeting is Monday, June 1st at 7:00 p.m. in Town Building.  The agenda will include a discussion with members of the Public Ceremonies Committee regarding the Annual Town Meeting vote under Article 2 – Recognition of Citizens for Extensive Service to the Town; a presentation on the details of the pay-as-you-throw solid waste and recycling program being implemented on July 1st; an update on permitting for the Town Center development; discussion of improvements to the parkland at the Nike Site; and a status report on the state budget and municipal reform legislation.
