Thursday, April 30, “A Siblings Workshop: How to create bonds between your children that will last a lifetime”, The Goddard School, Wayland, 7pm.

Identical twin sisters and authors, Heather Kempskie and Lisa Hanson, will lead fellow moms in an interactive adventure on the challenges and joys of raising siblings! Based on their book, "The Siblings Busy Book: 200 fun and creative activities to entertain kids of different ages," this entertaining duo will dazzle you with their "all-things siblings" workshop, where you’ll learn:
– Why the sibling relationship is the most significant ones your children will have in their lifetime!
– Why they act the way they do and how moms can strengthen sibling bonds with a little bit of understanding and a lot of fun
– Easy ways to entertain your growing family
– Creative activities that will teach your children to share and work together
– The realities of sibling rivalry and how to turn it into sibling harmony (starting right when you get home!)
 

The Goddard School is located at 367 Commonwealth Rd.  (Route 30).

Lisa Hanson has a Masters in Creative Arts in Learning. She currently works at Bellani Maternity of Warwick, RI as a Child Movement Educator teaching yoga and gymnastics to hundreds of children. Heather Kempskie is the editor of Parents and Kids, an awarding-winning monthly parenting publication serving the suburbs of greater Boston. Constant companions – these women prove that sibling fun never ends! They both reside in Bellingham, Massachusetts with their husbands and children.
