Vivaldi’s Gloria at First Parish, April 28, 10 a.m.

Antonio Vivaldi’s Gloria is one of the most beautiful of the Baroque era’s choral masterpieces, and First Parish’s music program will present it on Music Sunday, April 28, at 10 a.m. during the regular worship service. The musicians will use the score that audiences in early 1700s Venice would have heard. First Parish singers and soloists are joined by some elite players from the local classical music scene. Hear them perform this lovely music from the front of the 1815 Sanctuary under the baton of Music Director Polly Oliver.
