The Town Moderator is seeking applications from former members of the Wayland Finance Committee to serve on the Finance Committee Appointing Board. The FCAB is a newly-formed three-member committee comprised of the Moderator, the Chair of the Select Board, and a former member of the Finance Committee. The purpose of the FCAB is to appoint and/or reappoint members onto the Finance Committee. The term is three years. In order to qualify for this position on the FCAB, the applicant previously must have served on the Finance Committee, must currently live in Wayland, and may not serve on either the Select Board or Finance Committee while serving on the FCAB.
