Wayland Superintendent Alleges Racial Discrimination In MCAD Complaint

Boston.com 2/12/23: Wayland superintendent alleges racial discrimination in new complaint. Wayland Public Schools Superintendent Omar Easy filed a complaint Friday against the Town of Wayland, the school district, and the School Committee alleging that he had suffered unlawful discrimination and retaliation. Easy was placed on administrative leave last Wednesday, two days before the complaint was filed.

Wayland Student Press Network 2/11/23: Superintendent Easy charges Wayland and School Committee members with discrimination. Superintendent Omar Easy filed a racial discrimination charge on Feb. 10, against the Wayland School Committee, Wayland Public Schools, Town of Wayland, School Committee Chair Chris Ryan and School Committee Vice Chair Ellen Greico. Easy filed this charge with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
