On May 14-15, 2022, Wayland Town Meeting approved amendments to the zoning bylaw section of the Town Code, specifically Section 198-1803, as it relates to new Conservation Cluster Developments. The Planning Board is now proposing changes to the Ch. 301 Conservation Cluster Development Regulations to accurately reflect those bylaw revisions.
The proposed amendments to the regulations are available for review on-line at the Planning Board web page, and also may be reviewed in the Planning Department Office, Town Hall, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA during regular town business hours. Reasonable accommodations and audio-visual aids and services can be made available with advance notice.
The public is invited to offer in-person comments on the proposed revisions at the Planning Board meeting on Tuesday, November 1 at 7:15pm in the Wayland Town Hall’s Select Board Meeting Room or via Zoom link available on the Town web site home page (https://www.wayland.ma.us/public-body-meeting-information-virtual-inperson-and-hybrid). Written comments may also be submitted in advance of the meeting.
