Trip to Boston Symphony Orchestra Open Rehearsal

On Thursday, March 3, ride in the Council on Aging van to the Boston Symphony Open Rehearsal, which features the premier of a new violin concerto, Hector Berlioz’s Symphonie fantastique, and a Charles Ives tone poem featuring a striking trumpet solo. Van departs the COA at 9am and returns around 1:30pm. Advance registration is required; contact the COA at coa@wayland.ma.us or 508-358-2990 to sign up. The cost is $15 for transportation; riders must purchase their own Boston Symphony tickets. The final open rehearsal we will attend this season is on Thursday, April 14.
