We are harvesting from our own gardens, our CSA boxes and Farmers Market trips, or our berry picking hauls, often too much to eat that day or even that week. Fellow Waylanders will talk about their experiences with canning, dehydrating, root cellaring, and freezing. We’ll have time for Q&A and for you to share your own tips, tricks and recipes!
