Wayland Town Crier 5/24/19: Return to Germany for plaque dedication. Eighty years after our mother had taken my brother and me from our home at 35 Lippehnerstrasse in Berlin and put us on a train bound for France on July 3, 1939, I received an invitation from Simon Lütgemeyer, an architect who now lives in that apartment house, to help him dedicate a plaque listing the names of the Jewish residents who had lived there when the Nazis were in power.
