Wayland Town Crier 7/30/17: Rte. 20 40B project sparks concerns. A proposed 60-apartment housing development on Rte. 20 is sparking environmental and traffic concerns. The Chapter 40B development is proposed for about 6.5 acres of land that includes the former Mahoney’s Garden Center and a house at 113, 115, 117 and 119 Boston Post Road, according to a Zoning Board of Appeals application filed by Eden Management Inc.
