Please join us the first Wednesday of every month for our group titled: “Learning to Live Well and Love Life while caring for a loved one with Dementia”.
This group is open to anyone who is looking for support, information or just a friendly face to visit with. This group will cover a variety of topics, and will be led by Jazzmine CVitan, our Avita Program Director here at Carriage House and who is a certified Alzheimer’s Association support group leader.
Carriage House is happy to provide supervision for a loved one with Dementia during the group if needed.
