Wayland Town Crier 1/31/17: Wayland selectmen move forward with River’s Edge. Selectmen on Monday took an initial vote toward selling town land on Rte. 20 to developer Wood Partners for a housing project. Selectmen voted 5-0 to issue a notice of award to Wood Partners, a national firm with experience in Massachusetts. Officials will now begin negotiating a land disposition agreement.
