Wayland Town Crier 12/15/16: Medway Public Works director takes Wayland job. The Director of the Department of Public Services has informed town officials he will resign at the end of the month to take a new position in Wayland. Thomas Holder, the current director, told the Daily News Wednesday he will leave the Town of Medway on Dec. 30 to serve the Director of Public Works in Wayland beginning on Jan. 3.
