A letter spouting anti-Muslim hate delivered earlier this month to the Islamic Center of Boston was countered with messages of peace Sunday morning as hundreds gathered outside the center waving signs and singing songs to show solidarity with a religion that many in the crowd don’t practice but wanted to defend.
