Wayland Planning Board faces Open Meeting Law complaint

Wayland Town Crier 10/17/16: Wayland Planning Board faces Open Meeting Law complaint. A resident has called out the Planning Board after she says members discussed and voted on a potential Special Town Meeting article that was not listed on its agenda. The board’s Aug. 22 agenda listed a public hearing to consider five potential zoning amendments, but it did not mention a street acceptance article that the board discussed and approved submitting for Special Town Meeting, according to an Open Meeting Law complaint filed last month by Linda Segal.
