The River’s Edge Advisory Committee last week voted to re-interview the two firms that submitted bids for the proposed 188-unit rental housing development on Rte. 20 near the transfer station, a project expected to bring Wayland’s Affordable Housing Inventory (AHI) close to the 10 percent goal that will help protect the town against hostile Chapter 40B developments in the future.
