Wayland Town Crier 8/31/16: Appeals court upholds Wayland ConCom’s ruling. The Massachusetts Appeals Court on Wednesday upheld the Wayland Conservation Commission’s decision regarding wetlands on a property in Cochituate near the Natick line. The case involving a proposed single-family home on a lot at 8 Hill St. was previously brought to Superior Court on Dec. 3, 2014. The Superior Court judge upheld the ConCom’s decision, resulting in the appeal by developer Kenneth Todd Nelson.
